Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra & Guided Healing Meditations
These sessions offer gentle practices that invite you to sit or lay down, reconnect with the present moment, and explore deeper rest and awareness. The techniques are accessible to all levels and may support relaxation, reflection, and aspects of personal healing.
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing awareness to the present moment through the breath, body, and senses. It may help cultivate presence, clarity, and a more balanced relationship with thoughts and emotions.
Yoga Nidra is a guided deep-rest practice where the body relaxes deeply through different brain waves while awareness can remain present. This state of conscious rest may support deep calibration and overall energy balancing.
Guided healing meditations use gentle guided imagery, intuition and intention to create a space for inner awareness and connection, which may support the body’s natural capacity for healing itself.
Gitte is certified both from a healing perspective and from the yoga tradition, allowing her to guide these practices with an integrated understanding of both approaches.
