Terms and conditions
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, information provided in the booking solution, and any specifically agreed terms. In case of conflict, specifically agreed terms shall prevail, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legislation.
The agreement becomes binding when the client receives an order confirmation.
2. The Parties

3. Services and Delivery
Mountainyoga primarily offers healing sessions, both in person and online. In addition, the following services may be offered:
Yoga classes
Courses and workshops
Retreats and events
Digital services and content
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and prerequisites for participation, both physically and digitally.
Presence of Animals
Please note that a dog may occasionally be present on the premises. Clients with allergies or sensitivities to animals are advised to consider booking an online 1:1 session as an alternative.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
Any additional costs will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
5. Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is considered concluded once the client has received an order confirmation.
In the event of obvious errors in pricing or information, the agreement is not binding if the client understood or should have understood that such an error existed.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the available payment methods on the website.
In the case of installment payments, the client commits to paying the full amount. In the event of default, the remaining balance may become due immediately.
7. Delivery
Healing sessions are delivered at the agreed time, either in person or online.
Digital services are delivered immediately or at the agreed time.
Physical events, courses, and retreats are conducted at the scheduled time and location.
8. Cancellation and Changes
8.1 Healing Sessions (1:1)
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented illness or special circumstances.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The client has a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For services delivered on a specific date or within a specific period (such as retreats, courses, and events), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply.
For healing sessions and other services, the client agrees upon booking that the service may begin within the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed.
For digital services delivered immediately, the client consents to the delivery starting before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
10. Liability
Healing sessions are offered for relaxation and personal well-being and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Participation is at the client’s own risk. The client is responsible for their own health and suitability for participation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for indirect losses or consequences resulting from participation.
11. Intoxication and Participation
Participation in services is not permitted for individuals under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances, including psychedelic substances.
If a participant attends under the influence, the seller reserves the right to refuse participation without a refund.
12. Delay and Defects
If the service is not delivered as agreed, the client may request correction, re-delivery, or a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, including GDPR.
Information is used solely for the purpose of completing the purchase and delivering the services.
Newsletters or marketing communications are only sent if the client has given consent.
14. Disputes
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
If this is not successful, the matter may be brought before relevant complaint bodies or courts in Norway.
